26. Boiling water, a half teaspoon of sugar, and a few drops of milk.
Point is you get the milk/water ratio right and it stays hot for freaking ages.

42. Drink or eat something warm
Tea, hot chocolate, soup, ect.
Put on lots of clothes including socks and wrap in a blacket including your head, using two if necessary.
You could also take a warm shower, although this can be unhealthy if you are suffering from hypothermia or if you are cold because you have a fever. If you do take a warm shower be sure to have big towels and clothes to change into right away or you might get cold again between turning off the water and getting dried and dressed.
