Miles to go before I sleep- My MOM hits town tomorrow!
And I am COOKING a nice "Mother's Day" dinner for her....
and for my Sweetie's mom, and for her Mom's Mom...

So I'm doing the prep for a 3-Mom dinner tomorrow,
and I just started heating the pan for the
organic "heirloom tomato" RedWine Reduction sauce
I am gonna use for the tortellini casserole...

I don't really have anything to say;
I just know I am gonna be making sauce for more hours
than I am gonna SLEEP tonight, so I'm kinda fishing the lounge
for some words of encouragement.

1. I think that's very sweet of you to take on a three-Mom dinner.
Sounds like it's going to be delish!

3. I am sure it will be a nice meal.
You will do just fine! You surely know more about cooking than me.

:hi:

4. I think you are going way overboard.
Starting to cook a dinner 18 hours before it is going to be served is kooky. ;)

However, nice to meet you, EMERIL.

5. When a dish needs 17 hours to be perfect, starting 18 ahead is a safe bet.
Why do you hate Motherhood so much?

And BTW: Emeril is a second-rate actor whose best
dish ever is a distant 1998-era memory.
He is so 'ten minutes ago', his name isn't even
a good insult.
Better luck next time, Potzie.
BAM!
