1. I keep the powdered creamer in the refrigerator
Otherwise the ants can get to it.

2. That's understandable.
But I put the sugar in the fridge because I was being spacey. :P

3. mutley--Where do you live?
I've done that during the hot summer months, but never this early in the season.

But no, I didn't do it on purpose.

aren't you? Yes, I agree. I'm lucky Ginger chose me, and he's always happy to remind me of how lucky I am.

14. My coffee is great!

I haven't had it without sugar in a long long time. I guess I can pack just coffee beans & cocoa powder for my trip. :)

17. I add a bit of express when I seriously need a jolt.

But I just got a letter from my doctor in yesterday's mail. x( The blood work that was done on Wednesday showed an elevated sugar level so I might as well start cutting down now. He wants me in his office for two sets of test.:(

Honestly I just wanted to renew my prescriptions before flying south for 12 days. This is a surprise. I'm sure if I juggle my time we'll get all of the necessary test done. It shouldn't be a big problem  just a change in diet. I don't know how I'll live without chocolate but it looks like I'm going to be giving up a few things. The mixed drinks I enjoy are sweet ones and I am seriously addicted to drinking Coke. Oh well ~ I'm sure I'll lose a lot of weight when I start satisfying my munchies without sweets.

22. Can't you have just a little bit of chocolate on infrequent occasions?
I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't get a chocolate fix, EVER!

23. I think that I can.

The person I'm visiting in Florida has Type 2 Diabetes. He manages it without medication. On one of our phone calls earlier this year he mentioned thar he can eat a little chocolate. Eating only 1/2 a bar would drive me nuts!

BTW - He loves to cook. Maybe this is the reason I didn't wait until the Fall to see an old friend. :) Changing my eating habits will be more fun this way.
