I don't get paid.

I feel great today...I'd just rather be at the beach than work. :D

4. know just how you feel...
I don't want to work
I want to bang on the drum all day
I don't want to play
I just want to bang on the drum all day

Listen to this
Every day when I get home from work
I feel so frustrated
The boss is a jerk
And I get my sticks and go out to the shed
And I pound on that drum like it was the boss's head
Because

I can bang that drum
Hey, you wanna take a bang at it?
I can do this all day

15. Kick the queen of out England for a while
when she came to our city a couple of years ago, she brought her lousy English weather with her. :D It's normally bright and sunny in the summer here; it was cold, blustery and rainy the day she arrived...till the day she left, then it went back to normal. (curious if the weather got nicer there...)

I guess one can do that if you've got "queenly" powers...:7

16. You mean it's the Queen all along?
:o If we become a republic, do you think the weather would improve? ;)

 :hi:

17. Absolutely!
Though...when I was there, I brought our beautiful Canadian (spring!) weather with me...

Hmmm...I wonder if my 'queenly' powers trump hers?!

11. I don't want to go to work tomorrow
My stupid doctor made me stay home after surgery for 3 1/2 weeks which is just enough time to get used to being home and not having to go to work. I would have much preferred to go right back and not have the tease because getting up tomorrow and dragging my ass back into that place is going to suck! :(

13. Especially when you work at a shopping mall
Going to work when it is beautiful outside is just about the hardest/most depressing thing one is required to do. I work at a mall, and being inside all day, with no windows in the shop, and not being able to see sunlight except on my 30 minute break.. pretty much sucks.

They should just pass a law about going to work on beautiful days.

Haha, yes, I am the littlest of the family. Sparkly in training, I'd like to proudly say. H2S gave me this name on DU, because that's what he calls me. Thank you for the welcome! Everyone here is so friendly, I'm having fun with it. :D
