Runner-up, for me ... when they bribe the Elsinore Brewery secretary with donuts. I have used this (only with Hershey's candy) and in our department, it works.

5. Ummm, the part about the beer?

I remember seeing an unfinished cut of this film before it was originally released, and it seemed to me to be destined to be a cult classic for people who are underaged and obsessed with beer and who were sober enough to remember it existed, and didn't get to be old enough to buy their own beer. Considering the small and dwindling demographic, I'm surprised it mentioned.

6. That's funny
I was underage when it came out. I don't know about bein obsessed with beer though. I just liked the fact that they were idiotic.

11. Back in the ol' Commodore 64 days
A friend and I were attempting to write a 'Bob And Doug Meet the Fleshy-Headed Mutants' text game. We didn't get far, since any time Bob and Doug found a case of beer they were effectively hung up, but it was a hoot while we were motivated to work on it. One of the things you had to find early on was the oranges, or else you died of scurvy on about the 25th move.
