However, were NOD coming (snort) this weekend, I'd have gotten you nothing. However, I'd have done the following:
+ Not spoken for the last 4 days. Resting the tongue and lips is important;
+ Done my tongue exercises. I can flip, twirl, twist and roll;
+ Done my shoulder exercises, as your legs need a spot to rest;
+ Neck exercises. Make sure the neck is loose, as the head needs to move freely.

I'd be ready for hours upon hours of...

Seeeeeeee? There you go. We're going to upset somebody. Not that they, er, I mean it matters.
