4. I remember babysitting a teething baby girl when I was a teenager
she was OK as long as I had her on my shoulder and was kind of dancing around the room; I ended up dancing for six hours. :D

5. I highly recommend bourbon
For you, not for her. Seriously, good luck. Been there, done that, glad I don't have to do it again.

6. poor all of you! I remember when my daughter was cutting her first tooth
in addition to the pain she also had a massive case of the runs. When she was cutting the second tooth it was a lot better. I used to give her frozen waffles.

7. hugs - for all of you
have you tried Hyland's teething tablets? They worked for my kids. Dissolve right in their mouth and are all natural. We picked them up right at the grocery store. All three of my kids HATED the stuff that numbed their gums.

9. I remember those days
My son never cut just one tooth, it was always two or three at a time. Nothing would help...tylenol, motrin, frozen things...I walked the floor with him for hours, the only way he'd settle down.

You will survive!
