Am I wicked?

So I got a response to my personal ad... this was on the second round of emails, after I TOLD HIM that I was a liberal Democrat. He told me he hated Clinton and "loves Bush." Present tense. I couldn't help thinking of the 28%.

I decided that it was just best not to respond. I mean, why bother? So a couple of days go by, and he writes me again and said, "Did I lose you?" (Uh, DUH?)

I couldn't resist.

I told him, "I might go out with a Republican, I might even go out with someone who voted for Shrub in 04, but anybody who STILL likes him after everything that's happened in the past two years has a terminal case of cranio-rectal inversion."

He didn't bother to write back.

Oh, I feel so evil, but damn that was fun.

I was sitting on my couch wondering if my family in Louisiana were alive while Shrub was attending John McCain's birthday party eating cake and playing the guitar. After that, it became personal.

Be thankful that this little tidbit of info reared it's ugly head early.

Hey, how's the big roadtrip planning going? Or are you on the road already? I've seen posts here and there but I haven't really kept up.

I haven't been posting all that much lately. I purchased a new laptop and camera to keep me company. I even picked-up Dragon Speaking so I can dictate directly into an email. I don't want to forget one detail. I have 3 wonderful journeys scheduled over the next 4 1/2 months. I'll be home for a short while in between to hug my parrot.
