It really has gotten worse lately. Wonder if it's just the primary season? I dunno. Everyone is at each other's throat all the time.

It's like crazy is coming out of the woodwork recently. I have had several people make a lame attempt at picking a fight with me. I have seen the same thing on so many threads. Just this childish behavior. I finally have a policy. I simply say that I will not have a silly flamefest. Feel free to call me names, insult me, flame me. Go ahead and have the last word. It's silly and I won't participate in hijacking a thread over nonsense.

I have read some of the dumbest things ever in the past few days. People are getting absolutely foolish. How many times has someone started a thread to have people post back "who cares?" or "not interested." If you feel this way, why are you even bothering to respond? Just stay out of the conversation. :eyes:

My favorite have to be the people who don't bother reading. They just jump in and start going nuts. You provide them with links and cite your sources, but they don't read.

I will also make the very general remark that often times, there is a very low post count, with all the posts being in one particular thread. Other times, it is someone who has been a member for a long time, but who hasn't posted since last election cycle and are now back and ready to fight. The search function is an amazing tool we have at our disposal. I find it quite telling.
