2. He can be a total asshole...
sometimes it's appropriate, sometimes it isn't. At least he admits his mistakes and isn't too full of himself that he can't say, "Sorry."

3. Rode with him on the old Eastern Airlines Boston shuttle once.
Out of LaGuardia.
This was in the 80s.
He must have a hell of a make-up guy on 60 Minutes, because I was surprised at how old he looked in person, even way back then.

5. Make-up artists can do anything!
They are truly gifted. 90% of the people who look good on TV look absolutely horrendous off.
