I don't do well if I actually *have* to get up early.

1. Something tells me Darwin
won't do too well tomorrow, either! But it will keep him from wandering.

2. Well he's a rabbit, so he doesn't really get to wander.
His world consists of inside cage, outside playpen and free-range time in my room. However, he did get the female knocked up. When the vet checked them out as babies he said he was 99% sure they were both females. The vet was wrong.

Darwin is the reddish-brown one and Elfie is the pregnant white/silver one.

3. 99%
Damn you 1 percent, damn you to blazes!

Why must he be mutilated, though? Don't you want a bunch of bunny babies running around? :D

4. We're going to let her have the first litter but...
we also don't want constant baby bunnies running around. Actually, just like dogs & cats a lot of rabbits end up in shelters. They also live
slightly longer when they're fixed. We weren't going to get either one fixed when we thought they were both females, but well they hit puberty.

He can get her pregnant again while she's still nursing and that's not really fair for her to constantly be breeding. We also don't want to seperate them because they're totally bonded to eat other. They sleep curled up together and groom each other etc.

5. How long to rabbits live?
Is it like having a cat? I've always wondered.

6. Outdoor ones live 3-5 years.
Indoor ones 9-12 years. These guys are pretty much indoors except for their playpen for nice days.
