William Hung crowned king of the Artichoke Festival
How far we've come. The first Artichoke Queen was a young actress named Norma Jean Dougherty. :eyes:

2. Oh, yeah
The Garlic Festival has a queen. She has to actually... wait, lemme look it up.

Well, it's not on the web site, but I've seen it in press releases. Something along the lines of "living a lifestyle espousing the wonders of garlic."

The site does say this: "Contestants are judged by a panel of five judges on personal interview, talent, garlic speech and evening gown at the Annual Gilroy Garlic Festival Queen Pageant."

Oh, garlic, my garlic...

3. Oh my.
Is there an instruction tape on garlic naturally speaking?
I wouldn't want to be misunderstood while I'm trying to buy some ice cream. :)

and what do you get when you win the bet?

8. A Slug Sucker
Don't ask.

I know, but I'd rather trust the pros to ship it.

And, hey — how do you get that different font?

9. *shudder*

I won't ask about the Slug Sucker.

It's always better to let a pro do some things.

Which font are you talking about?

11. This should give you a start.
(<)font color="color" size="size" face="face"(>)Text(<)/font>

leave out this ~> ( and ~> )

It's listed in the HTML lookup table on the Message options just above the Subject.

12. Yeahbut
How do you know what typeface to specify? It can't be just any old face, can it?

Or the color codes; can I specify, say, chartreuse?

There oughta be a list somewhere, dammit. x(

13. Unfortunately I can't help you with that part.
I use teal for my color and roman for the face. When you use script as the "face" you'll need to step up the size more than you need to do for roman. Try adding italics or bold to change it even more. Have FUN!

Please let me know when you find a list. I do it all by trial & error.
