9. Sure your connection isn't overloaded?

I have that happen a lot when I don't have enough bandwidth for outgoing connections. If I'm on the phone (Voip internet phone), and my computers doing an upload, the phone fights with the data and as such sometimes people can't hear us. I have to turn down the upload speed on the computer so that the voice data from the phone can get through.

Similar thing when I'm not on the phone: DU (or any other web page for that matter) pages load slowly. It's not because it can't come DOWN fast enough, it's just that the individual requests going UP aren't going out fast enough to request each bit of the page.
