Rumsfeld has bet heavily on the World Cup and, in a money-glazed frenzy, he runs into the Oval Office to gloat.

"The French are being killed by the Brazilians," he tells the President, who's been feeling glum about his ever-sinking poll numbers.

"You're just trying to cheer me up," sez the Prez. "There aren't that many French in the whole world."
