Apparently New England drivers are the dumbest
in America.

The tiny state of Rhode Island still ranks rock bottom in terms of driving knowledge, according to a national test conducted by GMAC Insurance. Oregon drivers answered the most questions correctly.

The test revealed that about one in 11 licensed drivers in the United States would fail a state drivers test, according to GMAC Insurance.

Rhode Island ranked last year, also, with an average score of 77. Last year, Oregon's average score was 89, which still placed at the top of the rankings that year.

3. I blame Dunkin Donuts
or, specifically, the lack of Dunkin Donuts related questions on the driver's test. Hell, you don't even have to select the price of a medium regular and boston creme on the written test, and nowhere in the practical test do they have you navigate the drive through.

7. DUNKIN. DONUTS. God, how I miss that place.
Only one in my city, and it's like a bazillion miles away.

4. Rhode Island is kind of a bastard child of New England though
And should not be counted among the rest of the New England states. Those people barbecue in their garage, for crying out loud!
