5. My husband is the same way. He always says something like "Are you
playing Morrissey, Morrissey, Morriseeeeeee again?" but he actually adores the Smiths almost as much as I do.

8. somebody told me once
that the rest of the Smiths never really heard Morrissey's lyrics until they were in the studio recording, and would just fall out of their chairs laughing once they actually heard them. I have no idea if this is true, but I can totally see it...

Morrissey, singing into the studio mic: "Hand in glove...The sun shines out of our behinds"

Marr, Rourke, and Joyce: "Bwaaahahahahaha...hahahaha..."

We have a to-do list for this house. It has about 18 items on it, but unfortunately they're pretty major items (this house is almost 100 years old). :D

so I empathize!

we have all these trees that have to go, and repainting, and the hack job the previous guys did on the living room, etc. etc.

also we have a bad habit of never throwing out boxes in which the various technologies arrived....
