Do you work for a small company or a large company?
What advantages and disadvantages do you see in company size?
I know that some problems are unique to individual companies, but sometimes they are much more possible for companies of one size or another.
For example, a disadvantage of my smallish company (50-80 employees) is that the owners micro manage.
I have a second interview with an even smaller company than I am working at now (under 40). I am waiting to hear if I got a second interview at a very large company (multiple locations, thousands of employees worldwide, several hundred at the location that I'd be working at).

1. Small
We have ~40 people. Most are off site or in another office. We only had 4 in our office for over a year. I'm next to the CEO and find him a great guy to work with.

2. large, I suppose
500 or so employees, but it seems small. We're a pretty tight agency-we do a lot of things together agency wide. If the pay was better, this would be a dream job.
