I got a room at the beach for 3 days! I NEED a break!

Tired of staying home, depressd and in my self-exile. I got the last room in Ocean Beach. I can bike, beach, take pics and carouse. Hell, my 50th birthday is wednesday and I need some fun after this ordeal with the, what I thought, love of my life who dumped me again! She opted to go back to someone who is 17 years younger than her, a drug addict who stole thousands from her and molested her daughter, among other ill things he did to her. Makes one think why she'd leave someone who loved her, never took advantage of, always there for her and cared so much about her. She says that she LOVES younger men who are 6'8" tall.

I'm getting too old to play this relationship game anymore. The problem is that I'm too much of a nice guy and the women out here in SoCal LOVE the "Bad Boy" image.
But this weekend I can do whatever(and whoever) I want to!

you get stuck with a real doozy. The AC rattles like a drum solo and many of the "long term" residents of this establishment are a bit shady looking.
But WTF? Its still not too bad.
Going to watch a blues band later.

I've always loved just getting a room somewhere and getting away and having one on the beach sounds wonderful!

Plus the bars are walking distance away. Now I can watch the bands and have a few, not having to worry about driving.My ex GF was a good Lady, but she's bi-polar and wont take meds. She goes off every now and then and runs with these young turk drug addicts. I dont need that stress and heartbreak.

And who knows....maybe some lovely, lonely lady will show up!
