OOO, I need to vent.

There's a pig in my building who insists on throwing out her still lit cigarette butts right next to my bedroom window.
I just knew she was going to do that. She sits on the stairs outside near my windows having a smoke. Fine. Just I don't want to have to pick up your cigarette butts, lady.
I called the landlords, hopefully they will do something. It's the 10th time I've had to pick up her crap.

Something like this just really pisses me off. (I'm in a bad mood anyways)

Just venting.

Reminds me of a guy I carpooled with. He always flicked his ashes out the window, then threw the butt out when he was done. I eventually got him to use the ashtray in the vehicle.

2. Thanks. So was I wrong to call the caretakers?

I mean, once, twice, three times was probably more than enough for most people, but no, I thought I would just see if it were one of the people who lived HERE, and lo and behold it was.

She was sitting there when I went grocery shopping, I was gone 15 minutes, came back, and there was the smoldering cigarette. (man, I have to get out more!! haha) but I just KNEW she would do this. Ugh. It doesn't take much just to be respectful of your neighbours.

I left an empty CAN outside as a little reminder to her. :mad:

Washington -- throwing still-lit cigarette butts on the ground can get you fined $1090.00.

Bet she'd stop doing that if she had to fork over that much money!

hopefully they will do something. :( In my own mind, I gave this pig chance after chance BEFORE saying something.

Rest of the neighbours aren't pigs, seem to be nice, this idiot needs to clean up her act.
Just because I live in an apartment doesn't me that I or others who live here can't have nice surroundings. :)
