would you click on my journal and tell me if it looks okay?

I'm a computer guy, but I've done very little online stuff, and zero CSS.

The past couple late-nights I've been tinkering with the appearance of the journal. I got a friend to check it out, and he says there is a problem with the text of my posts in it. In some lines of text only half the letters are visible, he informed me. I don't know what that could be, except maybe using non-"websafe" colors. But that doesn't really make sense either.

1. OK...I looked at your Journal, and something VERY STRANGE

is happening!

At first, the articles that you posted from other sites look odd.....

The sentences are chopped in half horizontally, so they are hard to read.

I tried to cut and paste, but after I'd highlighted the text, it cleared up and became easy and normal to read!

VERY weird!

I have no idea why all this is happening!

and I wouldn't do that when the question is serious.

I just went back to look at your Journal again, and the type had reverted to being cut in half horizontally, just as your friend had said.

And again I left clicked it as I had before, and the problem went away...

I don't understand it, and I don't know why no-one else here doesn't see it.

I'm on Linux right now with Firefox, and all is cool. I also checked it with Windows 2000 and IE, and that checked out. I need to find out what my friend is using.
