Need help with boneless pork ribs oven temp and cooking time! URGENT!

Seriously, I'm hungry. :) I've got a "rack" of boneless pork ribs, which is supposed to cook in the oven after being covered by a mixture of one bottle of BBQ sauce and a cup of orange juice. Unfortunately, we have no idea how long it's supposed to cook, or at what temperature. (We've forgotten, and can't get in touch with the person who would know. So, HELP! The ribs probably weigh about a pound or so, BTW.
