What's for dinner?
I've got a pot roast cooking in the crock pot. It'll be done by 7 PM. :9 It's been driving the dogs crazy today! They keep whining and pacing in the kitchen. I've been trying to concentrate on my work, but that makes it difficult!

So, what're you fixing? :)

:silly:

Seriously, I have no idea what to have. I do have some sirloin tips in the fridge that I could grill, I suppose.

I feel like a bit of a slacker but I figure as long as the hubby doesn't mind I shouldn't either.

29. Not every meal has to be a big production
Just put out all the stuff on the table and "make it yourself". It's like an interactive meal!

One of my other favorite things to do is to have breakfast for supper. Nothing like a pancake breakfast before you go to bed.

the only night I bother...because I get inspired at the Farmer's Market after work...so, tonight it's fresh petrale sole, sauted in butter, lemon and tarragon paired with a
seaweed salad. Maybe a yukon gold potato - or not.

37. I was just going to post this question!
Because I am making a taaaasty dinner myself.

Fusilli (spiral) pasta with grilled chicken, zucchini, red and green peppers, purple onion, mushrooms, and garlic - all fresh! Not sure about the sauce yet. Will probably just have olive oil and pesto. Might throw an egg in (side note - why can't you buy little, half-cup sized portions of cream in this country?! I used to buy them in the UK all the time - you can even freeze them - and then put them in my pasta to make a homemade cream sauce. What do you USE here?!).

May have to open a bottle of wine. Though it'll be about ten before I sit down to eat. Oh, what the hell!
