My diet has been a huge boost, too. Form, focus, intensity...all key once you do hit the gym, though. Anyone will tell you that.

Still not sleeping properly, but the hospital's treating me alright, so far. Doing the medication juggle, along with partial hospitalization. Hopefully this time it'll stick a bit better than last.

I'm also changing sleep meds to Ambien CR, which should help me sleep for more than four hours a night (in theory).
