Firefox users: question about effed up functions.

Firefox users: question about effed up functions.

I have had firefox for awhile, and would like to use it again, but it's getting hard to, without the following things:

1) My scroll bar on the right does not exist - it disappeared.

2) My URL bar has a effed up marker in there, not sure how it got there.

I have attemped to delete and reinstall Firefox and got the same problems.

Wonder what is going on?
