Well, that's a relief- my car isn't f'd up after all

Yesterday as the light turned green to turn into my subdivision, my car had a very sudden loss of power and crept home at very low speeds to keep the engine from sounding like it was straining. I was quite worried that something had gone really wrong with it, a legitimate concern with an older american car (though I've never had a serious problem with it yet.)

I let my Dad take a look at it- turns out one of the plug wires had loosened a bit and the problem was that I'd made those last few blocks on three cylinders. The car is fine now. I am *so* relieved, I simply can't afford car trouble right now.

I'm still lobbying my Dad to get the thing in to the shop (it's a bit overdue for a tuneup anyhow) but well, he's cheap. I'd take care of it myself if I could. :(

Jeff Spicoli (yes, THE Jeff Spicoli) he could fix it. His dad's a tv repairman and he has this ULTIMATE set of tools.

Yet, Ridgemont High has never been the same...
