I'M BACK!!! Man, that was the worst TWENTY HOURS I've spent in a while!
I thought I was going to stay away for my own sanity, but for my own sanity, I think I have to return & right away! Didja miss me? (Yeah, I know, you didn't notice I was gone). Can't survive without DU these days.

13. Well, I was lurking earlier and saw that you can walk on your
knees in full lotus position. Cool! I used to be able to do that before I developed my rheumatoid arthritis. I still do some yoga though, the kind that doesn't involve putting too much pressure on my joints.

19. I'm starting to get arthritis
but not in my knees or hips yet.

Yeah, I can get into full lotus, but I have the hardest time with fifth position lately, and I had years of dance.

Oh well, it entertains the kids. ;)
