SHITFIRE! "Warning: Alligators in Park" sign just went up behind my HOUSE
A sign went up a few days ago on the other side of the 2-foot deep bayou behind our house. The sign faces away from our property. Hubs just sent the kids to read it.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

1. Hmm.... makes me think we need "Warning: Terrorists in White House"
signs along our border and in the customs areas of airports.

5. There's a "beware of alligators" sign in front of the public library
I patronize. The kicker is that the pond in which the alligator frequnet is man made....

And it isn't really a caution about the hazards alligators can be, but a caution not to disturb the critters because it might upset their delicate emotions.

I think the alligators have more than made up for the excessive hunting in the past.

Personally, I'm all for bringing back that old tradition of alligator shoes, wallets, belts, purses, etc.
