Post your idea of heaven....

For me?

I'm driving one of these

The ash tray is always loaded with the finest herb

The coffee shops all have Cuban Torquino

The radio stations all play Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin or the Grateful Dead

The weather is always a nice balmy 80

Skiing is 5 minutes away tho, and there are no lift lines

The retaraunts all sell either sushi or BBQ

...and every woman is in daisy duke cutoffs...

..while republicans struggle to get the 5% needed in order to get campaign funding.

Actually there would be no Republican or Democratic party.

Government would be parlimentary, and we'd have a choice between Social Democrats and Greens.

That's why we hang with thugs
And when the Lord pulls the plug
All the thugs will still be selling drugs, yeah.

In Heaven there is no sex

So let's do that next
And when our muscles no longer flex
Someone else will be having sex.


In Heaven there are no wars
Or cars, or movie stars
And when we no longer are
The world will probably still be having wars.


What the heck! Yeah!


Sex and war,
Bars and cars.
Drugs, thugs,
And delicious food.

I think that movie What Dreams May Come had a great idea of heaven -- it's whatever you want it to be, and you can change it up anytime you want

Pampering just doesn't fly my boat.

I'd do my life all over again and again...even the mistakes...those were fun too. :)

farms and fields and forests, but with the artistic/ intelligent/ diverse/ energetic thing of a city like New York, but the low-crime treeishness of a rural area. Coffeehouses and vintage clothing stores EVERYWHERE. No, no wait....Coffehouses and vintage clothing stores MADE OF LIVING TREES. Motorcycles would be the most common method of transportation. The court system would remain as is, but instead of having a legislative/ executive, LAWS would be elected by the people.

And I would live in the woodlands with a pack of wolves.

And just cruising the oceans forever.
