It seems to me that if I take some warm or hot air and add a whole bunch of cold air to it, or heck, even add some cold solids or some liquid nitrogen, or something really cold, like Ann Coulter's heart, that the result will be, QED, cold air.

That's how I get cold drinks - by adding cold ice to warm drinks. Removing heat??? :wtf: As if. People will believe some of the most preposterous things just because they are written in a book or advanced by some snake oil salesman in a lab coat. Ever heard of Mr. Feynman? Hint: he's a practical joker. When he talks about thing like 'removing heat' he is just pulling your leg.

Next he will be telling you that a room gets lit up by removing darkness instead of adding light. Things get wet by removing 'dryness'.

He, or they, will also tell you that there's no such thing as suction, but this time, they will be telling the truth. And it's a good thing that there is no such thing as suction or this here post might really suck.

I know thats how the AC units work, they dont' add any cold air, they remove the hot air, and kick the air back out(heat free of course)...my buddy tom use to install AC's for a living, and thats one of the pearls of wisdom he told me...but, who knows.

WITHOUT changing the temperature of the cold stuff you put in. Pretty beat trick, huh?

And you can get a good look at a steak by sticking your head up a cow's ass.

But wouldn't you rather just trust the butcher?
