What PIM (Personal Information Manager) do you use? I need ideas.

I am giving EssentialPIMPro a trial run, and so far I really like it.

I especially the "Notes" function - I can link to files in notes, add as many notes as I want, have as many information trees as I want, and it's super, duper, totally fuck-cool usable and exactly what I've wanted for years.

The rest of it, though, falls a little short. The to do list isn't as advanced or as customizable as I'd like; I can't change background colors or other customization in most of the PIM; and the calendar is sufficient (thank God) but not "WOW!".


If I could find a PIM that has the same (or better) notes function that this one has, woith better everything else, I'll be in heaven.

What do you use? What do you like about it so much?

Piles Of Paper And Post-It Notes. The Post-It's come in different colors, and when one has been stuck on the side of my monitor so long that it falls off, I mark that task as done.
