everything seemed to go north. I'm north of the city. The wind is so bad I can't get my back door open. Tree limbs are flying and the weather radio is screeching.
Oy! But it's supposed to cool off a little. I hope the sump pump can keep up.
I had to wade through ankle deep water to get a shovel to unclog that drain.
The wind is what really scares me. It was really bad a few times last night. We didn't get much wind today so far..just lots of rain and some pea size hail.
Hope your sump keeps up too. My son said his has ran continuously since yesterday afternoon.
I have a typical farmhouse basement - small rivers of water all heading toward the pump. I'm not sure what stuff my daughter left on the basement floor when she moved back in from the doorm, but I do know it's all in cardboard boxes.
