Poll question: Favorite comic strip ever?
We're moving, and going through my old stuff I came across some vintage Calvin and Hobbes and The Far Side collections. They brought me back.

What's your favorite comic strip ever?

1. I voted for C&H, but I think many would qualify Far Side, Bloom County,
Peanuts, Mother Goose & Grimm etc.

7. Oh hell yes.
The best comic strip ever. Bloom County was a major influence on my childhood.

Second best would have to be the Family Circus. :sarcasm:

If just for the fact that I feel like the cartoonist(sorry blanking on his name) was spying on me during my childhood for the character Jason. Who not only shares my name, but acts exactly as I did and is the same level of geek as I was back in the day.

43. Actually, Prince Valiant had an interesting plot line a few months back
which I think was a coded attack on Bush. It featured Val trying desperately to stop a war in response to an unprovoked attack on the kingdom while a young, priveleged but stupid prince did everything he could to make sure the war happened, because it would enhance his own power and glory if it did.
