I'm going to China in January. Think it'll be much different than *?

I'm doing 10 days Beijing/Shanghai w/ a friend. Think their govt will be much different than chimpy world? Probably less corrupt. First place we stay is just down from Tienamen Square. No I won't toast champagne like Poppy Bush did just after thousands or more died. Remember when he did that? Sick! China has "internet police." Cops walk around each cubical watching people and making sure they only download sights apprvd by the govt. Can't wait! Need to brush up on my Chairmen Mao. Anyone familiar w/ the doctrine?
