my parents catered for a party. I snuck it and ate it. It was delicious, and yes you eat the seeds.

Lamb Chops with a pomegranate reduction sauce!

And I still have a couplo' pomegranates (is that how they're spelled?) in the fridge, so if you want to share that recipe.....

and was it a custard based or a jam based tart?
BTW, I've seen pomegranate jams before, and have made my own grenadine syrup, so I know it can be done without the seeds.
