Look at the 'clean-shaven' photo and dedcide...

Then YOU get to pick the CNN headline! How fun is that?!

2. It makes sense he was captured alive...
If he were killed Saddam would be a talking point in the election.. A headline for sure, but other stories could take over eventually. Now they can drum in the trial in for 11 months. Convienant huh?

6. He'll be "tried" quickly and put to death by the "Iraqis"
before he has a chance to talk about the lack of WMD, his lack of 9/11 involvement and the fact that his power was gained via American support in the 80's. The BFEE is holding all the cards, the propoganda will only intensify and continue.

8. He's already out of the country for that...
One does have to wonder if he'll be tried in a US court or an international court... On second thought, what was I thinking, it's Bush, we don't allow other countries to participate anymore do we?

12. That's why I put the words "tried" and "iraqi" in quotes
The real trial will be completely controlled by Bush and pals, the TV trial will appear to be run by the Iraqis. There is zero chance the BFEE will allow him be tried in international court. It's too risky.
