My dog shat on Richard Mellon Scaife's yard last night

Congratulations to pomeranian political activist Marigold for this demonstration of protest against Pittsburgh's own Saddam.

Tell Marigold that we are all proud of her lil political bombs. Tell her mext time to make it xtra squishy and xtra stinky!

She sits on my lap as I read the news each day; those are the only papers she cares about. Obviously she has absorbed some understanding of current events if she deliberately targets Scaife's yard.

Dick and Lynn lived about eight blocks from us when he was CEO of Halliburton. My dog loved to poop in ivy and Cheney's front yard was all ivy and concrete. I would reward my dog for pooping in Cheney's yard. Got to be his favorite poop patch.

During the Florida Fiasco after the 2000 "elections," the Secret Service set up shop in Cheney's driveway. Didn't stop me and, more importantly, couldn't stop my dog. He continued to poop on the ivy in Cheney's front yard. I continued to leave it there to stink. The SS obviously hated me and my dog, but they never said a word to me. Soon after the 12/12/2000 "selection" the moving vans came (about five of the monster vans) and moved Cheney to DC.

It must have felt good to both of you.

God, that's the cutest Pomeranian ever. And that's saying something.

These dogs are positively EVIL, in my book.

I've known Dobermans, Rotweilers, German Shepards, Chow Chows and Pitbulls that are pussycats when you compare them to this monster in fur.

I'm sure glad Marigold is on OUR side.

A LOT of people have said this very same thing to me about; they certainly have a bad reputation. Then they are surprised at what a sweet dog Marigold is.

I have only known 4, and all have been totally adorable living "teddy bears." She's very smart, very sweet, loves EVERYBODY (except Scaife and RW wackos), and loves to cuddle.

If what you say is true about this dark side of the pomeranian temperment, than I think it can be said that Marigold has found a positive outlet by channeling these qualities into political action.

But I still wouldn't turn my back on him.

The only dog that's ever attacked me was a Pom.

I just did a little thread hijacking to whine about the GD situation - and your post gave the the perfect vehicle - poopoo.

Why am I not surprised that Cheney's front lawn would be full of concrete and English ivy? What a completely, totally un-PC lawn. It goes without saying that concrete is undesirable in horticultural environs (save concrete sculpture or fountains) but then to add ivy, which is invasive and about which there are even societies built around persuading people not to plant it and to get rid of it.

OK, this isn't as bad as what he did to the pheasants but it just adds to my general disgust with this scumbag.
