My wife wakes me up this morning with the words, "you're in trouble"
I, of course, ask why and she says "I was dreaming you were flirting with some other woman".
Me: "Hey! I can't get in trouble over YOUR dream"
Her: "Doesn't matter, you got me all upset"
Me: "No, YOUR dream got you all upset"
Her: "You're still in trouble".
Me: "Well, was she a cute big breasted blond?" note: my wife is a small brunette.
Her: "Now, you are REALLY in trouble" - playfully whacks me with pillow.

Now, She's still in bed and I'm up and making the coffee for her.

Any of you other women do this to your poor husbands?

2. I'm not a woman but
I know where you are coming from. I was awaken one night at about 3 in the morning with a surprisingly well placed elbow to the ribs for, and get this "being bad" in her dream.

13. Elbow her back.
How lame is this? Some women need some serious help.

16. No I'm not going to elbow her
but the pain I endured with the ribs hurt even more when I laughed and realized what happened. She never hit me again. So it must have worked. Now every now and then she just wakes me up to let me know I was bad in her dreams. I ask her questions like how many women were there? Was I in command or submissive? What color was they're hair? I ask but she never tells me. I think its funny as hell. She didn't break my rib, but it hurt for 3 days.

17. That's happened to me too.
I got the elbow. She really was that angry.

After she woke up more we both thought it was funny, and we kept making jokes about it for a couple of days.

4. No, my husband does that
to me.

He's forever "getting mad" at me about the dream he had about me "cheating" on him. :grr:

How STUPID is that?!?

5. I sheepishly raise my hand
I have fights with people in my dreams and hold a grudge. Even when I figure out why I'm mad it takes me some time to chill. I was mad at my mom for about three days once over a stupid dream.

You do not have control over your dreams!

7. My wife used to do that kind of stuff.
I remember it with great fondness.

First it told me that she found me attractive and worthy.

Second it gave me a chance to tell her how I felt about fidelity, and a chance to reassure her and tell her how much I love her, just as I always have and always will.

Done right, this sort of thing is play and fun play at that.

8. yes, it's all playful now...
although for the first couple of minutes I think she was really upset.

After reading Nickster's post, I asked her if she has another dream, to get the phone number. :)

10. similar
I remember when the kids were little and I was a stay at home mom, Mr. Joneschick would come home from work to "you and I have been fighting all day and you're not doing well!" He tended to keep his head down and take over child care about then......

12. That is the dumbest thing I've heard thus far.
Skip said, "I guess if i'm getting in trouble for doing it in your dream, I might as well do it in real life so the trouble is deserved. Flirting isn't cheating. It's a thought. A THOUGHT!? What is this woman? The thought police? Good God, some women are just insane."

14. I had a dream once that MrG came up to me, in our daughter's
school no less, with a Nordic blonde on his arm. He said, "I'm sorry, but it's your fault I'm with her..." I woke up disoriented and angry at him for a minute..and then we had a lot of fun with it. It's the only time I've had a dream like that, and it was wild. :) :hi:

Nor do I freak out when he glances appreciatively at a good looking woman. What a waste of energy. :eyes:
