4. I'm in that kind of mood too.... wish I could.
However yesterday we had wedged in our door a note from our landlady effectively giving us 30 days to get out of the property. She did a walk through a couple of days earlier and mentioned some "damage" and that the place looked a mess. Actually it was quite tidy for its time - no show home by any means but more lived in than anything.

Yes there was "some issues" but I had made my landlady aware of them as and when they occurred.

My wife is so PO'ed about all of this she's living on fumes (in terms of sleep as well as fuming mad) geting things packed up and ready to be out. In fact the landlady sent a notice saying that she'd prefer us out before the end of the month.

So although I'd like to take a long drive with the XM blasting out, I can't. I'll have to suffice with a 20+ minute drive to work with the XM blasting out.

Oh well. AS they say - when life gives you lemonade, make lemons.

Mark.

5. I think that's what I'm going to do
Just play it tomorrow on the way to work. You live near my daughter's grandparents. I love NC, especially Beech Mountain and Asheville. Then there's the beach...

Hang in there. Document everything.
