Public displays of hot and heavy affection - what do you think about it?
I'm all for love and affection, there isn't enough of it but come on.... get a room!

And that's all I'm saying.

8. Shows a severe lack of class and extreme disregard of other people.
Total lack of etiquette, tacky, and rude.

9. Depends
I guess the grocery store would probably be a little gross, but a park after dark or something where you "may" get caught could be kind of hot.

13. I find them deeply offensive
unless the couple in question are 14yos who I don't expect to much from anyway.

But it makes me so angry that straight couples feel that they are entitled to PDAs that border on pornographic anytime anyplace(I've seen chicks straddling they're boyfriends in the park at 3 pm). Meanwhile if a queer couple is so much as holding hands, they are being "bold" and "flaunting their sexuality" and being "obscene".

Fucked up double standard :grr:

14. lack of self respect IMO
if you love someone that much, then what you do together should be precious. Putting on a show for the world to see is just tacky...regardless whether it's a straight or gay couple. Get a room!

15. I couldn't agree more!
It's infuriating to be gawked at when I hold my partner's hand in public, or to wonder which parent we might pass will be shocked and angry that they might have to explain something to their children about why we are holding hands... yet right next to us could be a straight couple sucking eachother's tonsils out and nobody cares.
