18. It wasn't so much the line itself
It was his uncharacteristic aggravation after trying in so many ways to eliminate the threat without harming so much as a single duckling.

If the line's still hanging around, I think that's the reason.

some days you just can't get rid of a bomb. I like to watch it when I need a break from everything. Grew up with the series and was sooooo happy when I found the movie. Nice legs on Batman also. There has not been a Batman to compare with Adam West, that I know of.
