What is the proper etiquette to be followed when you run into someone in the Lounge whom you were arguing vehemently with in GD?

1. What happens in GD, stays in GD.
It's better that way, trust me.

That's sort of what I was hoping was the general vibe.

12. Truer words are rarely spoken. GD is the ring. This is the backstage.
Be cool, be friendly. After a while you realize your worst enemies here are some of the people you respect the most. Although you still might want to learn about the ignore function!

3. Welcome to the Lounge, my dear oberliner....
I have not experienced this scenario myself........ But, I would guess that just being polite would be the best move. Arguments are not supposed to be moved from forum to forum...... :hi:

7. as a relative newbie myself
I read a lot of the other boards before signing in and posting. The other boards were just too intense for where I am in my personal life right now. This board looked like a good fit. If you feel the need to battle, like someone else said, make use of the smilies.

But here in the Lounge, we're usually well-behaved. Sometimes. Welcome to DU! :hi:

23. Post a thread in the Lounge calling them out.
Bonus points if you can tell them to orally massage different parts of your anatomy.
