Really, if it's good for one evil, brutal man, it should be good enough for another. Everyone on DU should go out and examine their backyards and report back here.

Besides, there's no electrical outlet down there to plug his heart in. But he does have his own hole dug under the VP's mansion, probably with all the luxuries of Snoopy's doghouse.
