10. At My Jr. Hi School, A Teacher Created Potty-Pass That Was A Toilet Seat.
An actual TOILET SEAT with "potty pass" lettered on it.

The embarrassment of having to lug around the big potty-pass was a DISINCENTIVE to abuse the privilege of being allowed to leave the classroom to visit the restroom.
