Humor Police

It is important for all of us -- of all faiths -- to recognize
these four Religious Truths:

1. Muslims do not recognize Jews as God's chosen people.

2. Jews do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah.

3. Protestants do not recognize the Pope as the
leader of the Christian world.

4. Southern Baptists do not recognize each other at Hooters.

It reminds me of a joke my brother, who is a Methodist, told me. "What's the difference between Methodists and Baptists? Methodists will recognize each other when they are at the liquor store."

When I was a senior in high school (1982) some friends and I went to the drive in movie. It was porno movie night and we piled into my buddy's pickup truck, picked up a couple of Bud 40s each, threw in some lawn chairs to use in the bed of the truck, and found a nice spot to watch the flick. Well, one of the guys with us was the son of a minister. As a car approached, he dove to the floor of the bed. I asked him what was wrong and he said, "you see that car that just pulled in"? I said, "yeah why"? He said, "they go to my father's church". I said, "do you really think they are going to tell your dad they saw you at a porno movie"? He thought for a second and I'll never forget this,

He stood up and waved at them. They tried to duck and damned near ran into another car. :rofl:
