Pink Floyd "Pulse" DVD - Waste of fucking money. Awful!

I saw the concert, I'm a huge Floyd fan, one of the best concerts I've ever seen and one that won't be topped any band in the near future!

I have waited years for a DVD of the concert. It came yesterday, I popped it in -

the sound is fucking atrocious! ATROCIOUS! TOTALLY unacceptable. It doesn't sound like a concert at all - it sounds like they took the mix right from the board, and once or twice added in some crowd sounds.

I'm really pissed off about it. The picture is showing a giant arena concert, the sound is offering the image of a small and perfect studio. It's totally incongruous, and totally criminal.

4. I have a recording of the concert - great one!

Someday I might actually buy the DVD.

Mostly I'm not big on concert DVDs, though, so I probably won't buy it.

I saw them in Vancouver B.C. in '94 and it was fantastic. And it has been maybe 11 years since the CD?

Sorry to hear it is disappointing. I have 'Delicate Sound of Thunder' on VHS still, and it is fine!

My favorite Floyd DVD is still 'Live At Pompeii' however.
