I'm registering my entire town to vote.
...starting tomorrow morning. :)

I live in a town with fewer than 1,000 eligible voters, and 506 turned out for the last election. Soooo... I figure in about a week I can hit everyone.

And yes, before you say it, my town clerk is already calling it "Robb the Vote 2004". :eyes:

So Wednesday morning I'm down to the clerk's office to get forms, then begin my pattern to hit every house in town. Later I'll check up on them, make sure they got their stuff in. In CO you have to be registered 29 days before the election, so while there's no real rush, the weather looks like it's going to break, so I'm off!

Wish me luck! What am I forgetting? :bounce:

8. Well, of course!
This is a real non-partisan effort. If people say "I don't wanna vote", I'm not gonna make 'em. If they say "who are you voting for?" I'm not gonna tell 'em.

10. There is absolutely nothing wrong wth trying to sway people in an election
That is what campaigns are for. Register them to vote and then spent the next year trying to get them to vote your way. Nothing wrong with that!

11. Of course he is. He's not a damned Republican.
If he was, he'd just request absentee ballots for them all and fill them out himself.

9. "What am I forgetting?"
A half-page instructional handout on "How to Verify My Vote" to be sure it counts (for real).
