I am feeling so low...
that I have to look up to look down.

This has been one shitty week. To top it all off, I came into work today to find out that a couple of people got laid off. This is after a massive lay off about 6 months ago.

Pretty soon the only people working here will be VP's...and we all know how useful they are.

I feel like there is a guillotine hanging over my head just waiting to drop.

Don't overreact.

6. Thanks for the hug. Driver 8 is actually the name of a song by
REM. That is where I took my screenname from.

I never thought of it in terms of auto racing...interesting.

7. silly me..
;) I don't know much REM - as silly as that might sound...

But Dale Earnhardt Jr does drive #8 for NASCAR and he is the most popular driver..

9. Look at it as an opportunity to get out of the Biz!
Seriously... you could find a career that allows you a life! I'm on the hunt right now.

11. Right now, posting on DU.
I assume my cheque is just late getting sent.

I'm also doing construction, and location scouting (where I work my own hours on my own terms...decent money, too).
