My lower lip is sticking out *real* far <pout, pout>
Am I the ultimate thread killer? I start a post - no one responds. I answer a post - it dies. Am I that boring? I was on fire yesterday writing to all the major playahs in the Texas Lege, sending flowers to Dems on the lam, I'm trying to get Craddick cited by the Fire Marshall for locking the legislators in the chamber I called (illegally, at work) Craddick, Dewhurst, Perry and the Marriott in Albequerque. I got one response and that was from my hubby.

Forgive me - I had to get 5 shots in my bones yesterday, so I'm a little cranky,pouty and hurty. *sniff sniff*

There. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

1. Well, you've never killed any of my posts.
At least not that I can recall. And I've now responded to this post, so there will be at least one response in the column!:) Sounds like you were busy yesterday - keep it up. That Texas Lege is too much! go TX Dems!!

8. It is cathartic, for sure
But I called them as well. The ladies that answered the phones were very nice. I asked them how their day was going, and they all said, "I'll be so glad to go home!" I sympathized with them but added that it was their boss' fault that they were getting so much grief. I asked if I could add one more rant to their day. They obliged, I ranted, and thanked them profusely for letting me vent. Then I told them to go home and soak in a warm tub with candles and aromatic oils.
They seemed to appreciate that I wasn't taking it out on them personally, and that I cared about their well being.

In my case, I respond to a lot of old threads that no one reads any more. And I try to post on more smaller forums, which sometimes get ignored.

But those five shots -- OUCH!

I did post on a couple of old threads that had a lot of responses, and it quickly died.

Yeah, those 5 shots hurt lika bastard. I'm feeling pretty funky today - blanket apology for any typos, ramblings, whinings, etc.

I was started to feel persecuted! Maybe it has something to do with my physical anguish at the moment, but as sorry as I am that you're having the same problem, I'm glad I'm in good company. :)
