Most Extreme Elimination Challenge is the complete name. They redub a Japanese gameshow. It's just so weird that it's hilarious. Sort of like Mystery Science Theater crossed with Jackass.

the contestants had to hold onto a giant corn cob as it descended down a cable, then drop off and land on a platform.

When one contestant grabbed the handhold on top of the corn cob, the announcer said, "annnd here he goes... he's got four fingers in the corn hole... annnd-"

Jesus, I haven't laughed that hard since MST3K's early years. :P
