9. Ben and I had our disagreements during Katrina, but I still
love the guy and hate it that he's not here. If he decides he wants to be back here, I'd bet he'll be here.

I've gone off on some tangents that I knew were against the rules set out here and gotten myself tombstoned and after a little discussion was allowed back in. The Admins here are pretty sharp and know that people tend to be people from time to time.

I hope he comes back!

I miss him already.

17. I Know I saw him tonite somewhere -- looked all over DU but can't
find it. I can't remember what the topic was but there were lots of threads and I remember being a little shocked that he was posting as if everything's cool. Does he post at C&L, too, maybe?

18. A Foreign Service guy who'd spent a lot of time
in the ME said (deadpan)that all the males had their laugh muscles surgically removed when they were very young. Where are the stem cells that could save the world??? But the beer and dubes might overcome the permanent scowl.

I know everyone has gone to bed and this thread is dead but ...it needed to be said (?)
